The terrain is bland and the exit fee is ludicrous.<\/p>\n<p>Actually, this is the Tire Empire, it&#8217;s a sign above the DirtBuster&#8217;s Car Wash, right near Advance Lock and Key on Hylan Boulevard in Staten Island, but drive by at night and see the sign high in the air and it&#8217;s as though some parallel reality is trying to cut into our own and place a stake or squatters rights. Thankfully the boulevard is overbuilt and under noticed.
